  3. Upon your email order approval, we'll prepare the artwork based on your specifications - for FREE!
  4. Upon your email approval of the final artwork, we'll produce the items and deliver them to your door!

If You Would Like To Search For Products Yourself


Our website offers easy browsing to find the exact products you need.  When you find your item, either click on the "Order Now" button, or simply click on the link "Get an All-Inclusive Quote!" NOTE: the pricing shown on each product is regular factory pricing.  We may be able to offer you a LOWER price than the pricing shown depending on current specials.  Also note that you do NOT need to request a quote in order to save money.  Even if you click "Order Now" and submit an order, we will check for special pricing to pass savings on to you before processing!

Regardless of whether you request a quote or submit an order, we'll email you an all-inclusive quote or order confirmation within 12 hours with payment options.  This will be the complete cost for your order.  WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES!  After you approve the quote/order and verify your payment, we will design the layout for your products and send you an artwork proof.  Upon approval of the artwork proof we will put your order into production and promptly ship it when production is completed.  Everything is handled via email so we both have complete details in writing for our records.

Production Time
The time it takes to produce your order will be listed on each individual product page.  This production time begins after you approve your order and artwork, and after payment has been established.  Production time does not include shipping time from the factory to your location.

Shipping
Some items will have a "Freight Estimate" located on the page.  Please note these are estimates only and may vary slightly.  Any listed shipping charges will be for standard ground service unless specifically noted.  Shipping locations will vary based on the factory producing your order.  We will verify the freight when we send you your all-inclusive quote or order confirmation.

Payments
We offer 2 ways to pay for your custom merchandise:


Secure Credit Card Processing

Paying up front with a major credit card provides the speediest turn-around time when purchasing promotional merchandise.  Orders get processed right away (after your artwork approval) and production can begin immediately.  We use PayPal as our credit card processor because they have the highest level of security available today.  When we email your Order Confirmation or All-Inclusive Quote, we will include a link to pay by credit card via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card because we have a business account with PayPal.  You simply type your credit card information into PayPal's secure server (this also provides a higher level of security because nobody else can see your credit card information).  PayPal will then send your payment to us and email you a receipt for your records.


Check/Money Order
The other method of payment is by check or money order.  Production will begin after we actually receive the payment (and it clears!).  Checks and money orders should be made payable to Graphic Details and mailed to 8 Avon Pl, South Glens Falls NY 12803.

Artwork Conditions and File Formats
We offer FREE designing and layout of your artwork, based on your idea or concept.  You must submit your order BEFORE we begin your artwork process due to the time requirements involved in designing custom artwork.

Even though we offer artwork free of charge, you can send us any layout or idea you have electronically.  Our preferred artwork file formats are:
Vector (Line Art)     -     .eps, .cdr, or .ai
Bitmap/Raster (Photographs)     -     .tif
(for bitmap/photo designs, please submit your layout at least 300 dpi at 100% to size.  If graphics are to cover off the edge of your products (full bleed), please make your graphics 1/8" larger on all sides)

If submitting a photograph to include in your design, please submit it at least 300 dpi at 100% to size to get the clearest reprint on your products.

We don't have all the normal "legal jargon" here.  We make it simple.  We NEVER share your email address, mailing address, name, or anything else with any other company or individual.  We only use your information to contact you for OUR business needs.  It's just "bad business" to do it any other way!

Your Guarantee
We are very proud and confident of the products we produce.  And we are certain they will meet your expectations completely.  We guarantee you that your order will be produced 100% exactly as specified in the order and artwork details, and will be delivered on time (if needed by a specific day), or you can return the product for a full refund.  You will need to contact us before you return the product and you will need to return 100% of the order.
